(I'm not great at it either)Rachhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17654708359136143357noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1723116687074601909.post-28126488329929538182009-02-23T14:51:00.000-08:002009-02-23T14:51:00.000-08:00Hanes V-Neck whitey-tideys for workout clothes? Hmmm.......do explain what makes them so great that you have to wait till you go to vegas to buy some, instead of buying some random clothes in Florence. I need new workout clothes as well, and just maybe I will have to invest in some of those!Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16225498310121639993noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1723116687074601909.post-6436463777001832472009-02-22T16:20:00.000-08:002009-02-22T16:20:00.000-08:00That conversation outside my parents house has bee...That conversation outside my parents house has been inbedded in my mind since we had it. I've actually thought about it several times since. There were a lot of helpful things, for me at least, that came from that conversation. Budgeting is SO hard. I'm not the best at it either but as I am now living with my inlaws and getting ready for our first baby AND trying hard to pay off the debt as to not have to go back to work after she is born it is becoming something that I can't wait for it to make me feel more liberated and free.McLeod Clanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05225491063687934576noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1723116687074601909.post-54171895192591318512009-02-21T16:10:00.000-08:002009-02-21T16:10:00.000-08:00Good job Ann! Sounds like a blast...as I'm sure it will be with you girls.
I think it's funny that you are saving up for things that are mostly for other people (not that you won't get enjoyment from them too) whereas I see the tv that Brian is saving up for being largely something for him.
Budgeting is rough. Are you doing the grocery game? I remember you posting about it once. Groceries are the biggest way you can control your spending. I wish they had Grocery Smarts up there so you could do that too (since it's free). Seriously- we've saved $400ish off our groceries each month.Adventures in Healinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11535749998855891106noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1723116687074601909.post-49446667033517603882009-02-20T20:44:00.000-08:002009-02-20T20:44:00.000-08:00budgeting has been the bane of my married existenc...budgeting has been the bane of my married existence too. I'm still working on it. Needs vs. wants all too often are not black and white to me. way to go on saving for things you really want.Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00006656326618882686noreply@blogger.com
