I am insanely jealous. That has never happened to me, and I doubt it ever will...unless I try dramamine. :) My kids think 5:45 is sleeping in. OK, that's a bit of an exagerration, but not too much. 7:00 is sleeping in around here.
i would hurry and close all the blinds and put blankets over any source of natural light so that if they did happen to wake up they would think it was still in the middle of the night and go back to bed. genius i know.

So, I looked up your blog and was delighted to read about your running experiences.
