SO impressive! What a cool experience for you guys and such a great project to work on together. When is this Tour of Homes?
Maybe I should ask you...we are painting the outside of our house, any suggestions on colors? Our area is pretty colorful with houses, not like Vegas, so I can be a little more adventerous. I just am not sure! If you have any good ideas, send them my way!
We decided on tan and a green color (with white trim) for our own house,and we will be painting this new house yellow. I have heard that yellow houses sell the best, and I checked with a big real estate agent guy here in town, and he agreed that yellow IS a good color choice for houses (provided you pick a good yellow.) Anyway, I really like yellow, so that worked well for me. If you are planning on owning your home for a while, you can paint it any color you want! I would recomment having white trim though--that really makes a difference in my opinion.
That looks like so much fun! I would love to build a house just how we want it, but I don't think Vegas is going to be the best place for us to do that. Maybe someday!

We just hung out with your brother and his wife a few weeks back. Cute couple!
